Consider filing your documents in multiple document libraries, and only syncing what you need Here are a couple of tips to help with syncing from SharePoint. There’s also a planned fix that should improve the reliability and performance of SharePoint document library syncing – it’s due for general release at the end of 2016. Some users experience issues with SharePoint synchronising to File Explorer, so Microsoft have formulated a plan to resolve these, starting with improving the way OneDrive for Business syncs using the new OneDrive Sync Client.
